The I’m Wall’s programme was set up to tackle unemployment worldwide.
Our challenge was how to successfully
deliver this in the UK.

The ANTZ vision for I'm Wall's was to create jobs for people with barriers to employment and increase ice cream sales.
Our strategy involved working with Wall’s business customers to create summer job placements. Various attractions and parks would then use Wall’s premium equipment to sell ice-cream and generate sales.
We built a network of referral partners across the UK to reach the right participants, and held alternative recruitment days for these placements. ANTZ also trained Unilever staff as mentors to support candidates and provided ongoing training and support throughout the programme.
Following a successful trial in 2018, I’m Wall’s is now being rolled out across the UK.

Before this I was doing nothing and my disability coach referred me. The project hugely improved my standard of life as I am now back in work.
